I often hear people saying that there are not any "good" houses to build equity with and that "the builders buy them all up" - I hear many different versions of this complaint. What was not done was taping, mudding & painting; (the living room is finished); refinishing the hardwood floors and replacing the shoe molding; the bath has original fixtures.
